Step 1
Cut the bread into cubes. Cover them with olive oil and salt. Place them in the oven on 200°C till golden brown.
Step 2
Place the chicken between a baking paper. Beat a few times to flatten it. Season with salt and peper. Fry till golden brown.
Step 3
Bring water to the boil and cook the eggs for 8 minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Add the lettuce to it and mix well.
Step 5
Cut the ansjovis in small pieces. Add it to the lettuce together with the egg, croutons, and chicken.
