Let it sit for 15 min before cutting. So yummy. Everyone likes it except my one teen that hates anything with corn in it. Lol Also did it at 375 for 30 min then add cheese and another 10 min.

It was good and easy. I added cumin to mine which added a bit. But it wouldn't make good leftovers since the doritos will get soggy

I forgot a photo before we tore into it! But here is some of a plate. It has a slight sweet taste to it. definitely not bitter, sour, or bland! Lots of flavors going on especially with the corn, salsa, and cream of chicken. You can't really taste the cream of mushroom. All 4 kids ate this, so definitely kid-friendly and recommended. I would suggest eating this warm/hot. I tried left overs after I got the kids to sleep and it was not as good. plus, the Doritos became soggy, obviously. Overall, really good and I'd make again.

Good flavor, might be good with taco seasoning added as well. would be better with smaller chunks of chicken or shredded instead. The recipes says it makes six servings but it fills a whole casserole dish, which is Way more than six servings, at least for my family. We used mild salsa and it could easily be made with something spicier fit a bit of kick. we also used quite a bit more cheese than the recipe calls for.
