7 Can Chicken Taco Soup

I did two cans of chicken for more protein and two packets of taco seasoning instead of the other seasonings listed. SO easy and very good

Easy and delicious! I let it simmer for a couple of hours. I will definitely make this again. Next time I may try to reduce the sodium a little more.

This is the easiest recipe you will ever make. And for the amount of effort it takes, it is pretty delicious. I did let mine simmer for over an hour, though.

Left out the corn. Reallly quick and tastes great.

Next time try to cut the sodium a bit if you can -- the meal wasn't "omg amazing", but the fact I could whip it up with prep time of less than 5 minutes was. Worth it!

Easy and delicious on its own! I made it another time and added chopped zucchini and bell pepper to add more veggies. Love how versatile it is!

This is a family favorite. I make it at least once a month. I have recently made it in the instant pot as well, same ingredients, just cooked it on manual pressure HIGH for 10 minutes and quick releases the steam and it was just as amazing! I have also tried it in a crockpot, just put in the ingredients and cooked on low for about 3 hours. Delicious!
