Ingredients: water (according to package instructions); salt (according to your preference, make sure you salt your pasta water well though); 8 oz or 230 gms spaghetti ((can substitute with any pasta of your choice)); 1 tsp neutral cooking oil; ½ tbsp butter; 5 to 6 medium-sized cloves of garlic (smashed and minced); 6.52 oz or 185 gms canned tuna; 1 tbsp butter; 1 small or 125 gms onion (finely diced); 6 to 7 medium-sized cloves of garlic (smashed and minced); ½ cup or 120 ml chicken broth ((can substitute with vegetable broth)); 1 cup or 240 ml heavy cream ((you can use half and half too, if you prefer)); the cooked tuna; ½ cup or 100 ml milk ((can substitute with half milk and half reserved pasta water)); ¼ cup or 23 gms Parmesan cheese (freshly grated); salt + pepper (according to your preference); the cooked spaghetti; Parmesan cheese (freshly grated over your ready dish); dried parsley (just a sprinkle over your finished dish as garnishing)
