Tofu Stir-Fry

Easy, fast and very tasty! The sauce is the showstopper here. First time boiling tofu and I am not going back! Don't skip this step, it makes all the difference. I have tried different recipes, but this is the one I'll keep making.

This was actually really good. Stuck exactly to the recipe and don't think I would change anything. Tofu came out delicious.

This was really tasty and a great way to get your veggies! A lot of prep, worth it though.

-Added 2 tsp of black vinegar to sauce! -Tonight's version was asparagus, celery, green bell pepper, carrots, green onions and a few snow peas
