Instructions
Step 1
Add soaked Dal together with spices etc into microwave pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes
Step 2
Add the chopped tomatoes or puree to add flavour and a little water if necessary and cook for 10 minutes
Step 3
Open and check consistency, add cherry tomatoes and a little water if necessary and cook for a further 10 minutes
