Instructions

Step 1
Beat butter and sugar until pale and expanded

Sift and mix all dry powder ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to butter mix and fold with spatula

Add cheese and mix by hands

Roll the dough to 0.5cm thickness and 9 inch wide for 100 pcs. Slice the dough with 1.8inch wide
Step 5
Brush with yolk topping and spread the grated cheese. Cut as wide as 1cm
Step 6
For every 40pieces, Transfer to tray covered with oil and topped with baking paper. Bake for 140c, 30mins
Step 7
Let it cool before storing
