Chicken Tikka Masala (Burman's Simmer Sauce)

This recipe uses Burman's Spicy Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce as the base. Maybe don't use this recipe, I'm mostly making it so I can document ingredients I need to buy and record meal plans. I will include recipe on the back of the jar, plus what I do to add vegetables in.

Step 1
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in sauté pan. Season 1.5 lb sliced chicken with salt & pepper. Brown evenly in pan.
Step 2
Add chopped green and red bell peppers (and/or other desired vegetables) and entire jar of Spicy Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce to pan.
Step 3
Cover pan and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice, top with fresh cilantro (if desired).
