Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop 1/2 onions and 2 clove garlic.

Fill a medium-sized pot with 2L of water. Heat until boiling.

When the water begins to boil, throw in your serranos for 5 minutes.

After that, throw in the tomatillos for another five minutes or until they are tender.

After the tomatillos are tender, strain the pot to remove the hot water. Insert the tomatillos and serranos into a blender. Add salt mid-blend.
Step 6
Blend until the sauce is no longer chunky. Add the chopped onions and garlic and stir them in with a fork.
Step 7
Add sauce to enchiladas or eat with chips, etc.
Step 8
Put the sauce on your taquitos for 30min at 350* F
