Instructions
Step 1
In a ramakin, mix together all of the listed ingredients. Leave aside.








Step 2
Put the courgettes in a large bowl, add a pinch of salt and drizzle with oil. Toss.



Step 3
Heat griddle pan to medium-high. Place courgettes, cut side down. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 3.

Step 4
Cook the halloumi in a non-stick frying pan until golden on both sides.

Step 5
Cook a cup of couscous, season with //TODO.
