Instructions
Step 1
season the chicken with salt, red hot seasoning blend, slap ya mama seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and drizzle some olive oil and rub it all in
Step 2
once the chicken is seasoned sauté it in a pan with avocado oil
Step 3
once the chicken is cooked through, shred it
Step 4
add shredded chicken in a bowl and add franks wing sauce, half a ranch seasoning packet, and about 2 teaspoons of sour cream and mix together
Step 5
the add avocado oil to a pan on low-medium heat and add tortilla, put on shredded cheese on top then add shredded chicken to half of the tortilla and fold over when bottom is golden
