Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with your favorite Italian seasonings; such as oregano, basil, thyme. Or use premixed Italian seasoning. Roast chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, boil water and cook fettuccine per package instructions. Drain water and reserve about 1/4-1/2 cup water.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in large pan and add olives and red pepper flakes. Sautรฉ until olives are warm. Add white wine and reserved pasta water and sautรฉ on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add in sliced chicken and stir to coat chicken with mixture.
Step 4
Add chicken mixture to pasta, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
