Step 1
Make fish head stock with fish, celery, onion, carrot
Step 2
Strain stock
Step 3
Sautee celery, onion, carrot, green bell pepper and garlic in a lot of butter
Step 4
Add in broth, spices, yucca and crab
Step 5
Add coconut milk and rest of seafood, plantain and bring to boil. Serve
