Step 1
Mix together half of the garlic, the soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.







Step 2
Chop your veggies and start your rice.




Step 3
In a medium pan add your oil. Once the pan is hot, add your shrimp. Cook the shrimp until they just turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Add in your veggies. Once they get very bright in colour add your sauce. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Step 5
Cook the sauce down until it starts to thicken.
Step 6
Serve over rice and enjoy!
