Instructions
Step 1
Put flank steaks in deep baking dish, pour soy sauce on top, lime juice, garlic, ginger, honey and sriracha on top. Mix and coat steaks in marinade thoroughly. Cover and chill.
Step 2
Chop red pepper, carrot, zucchini, asparagus and red onion into thin long pieces.
Step 3
Pour water on toothpicks to prevent them from burning
Step 4
Cut steaks into about 3 in pieces (enough to roll up the veggies)
Step 5
Place veggies in each steak piece and roll then hold together with toothpick
Step 6
Pour the rest of the marinade from the dish into a pot and simmer
Step 7
Cook the steak and veggie roll ups in a pan for a few minutes on each side then brush with the marinade and pour teriyaki and sesame seeds over (optional)
