Instructions

Step 1
Season salmon with garlic powder, salt, black pepper. Rub or spray with oil. Air fry at 400 for 9 minutes. Peel off skin.

Combine shredded imitation crab and shredded salmon in a bowl with a block of cream cheese, kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha sauce.

Spread cooked sushi rice into baking dish, making sure to flatten and spread evenly. Season with furikake.
