1 Tbspitalian herbs

1 Tbspsmoked paprika

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

2 tspolive oil

560gSpaghetti
Cooked
Alfredo Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
• Filet chicken breast
• Season with Italian Herbs, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil
• Mix







Step 2
• Cook pasta
• Save pasta water

Step 3
• Add Milk, Cream Cheese, Parmesan, Italian Herbs, Salt, Pepper, and Pasta Water to a blending cup
• Blend until smooth







Step 4
• Cook Chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side on MEDIUM
• Set aside
• Add Chopped Garlic and Onion to the same pan
• Set heat to LOW, add blended Alfredo Sauce to skillet
• Stir until thickened
• Add Pasta


Step 5
• Distribute into 4 equal servings
• Garnish with Parsley (optional)
