Instructions

Step 1
To make the egg white Patties. Fill 6 muffin tins halfway with egg whites and sprinkle salt on top of them. Bake them in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Assemble the 6 sandwiches by placing 1 slice of cheese, 2 pieces of sliced Turkey and 1 egg white patty in each English muffin.
Step 3
Wrap each prepped sandwich individually in aluminum foil and then place them in the freezer. To reheat you can microwave for 1:30 minutes.
