Step 1
1. Prep your veg by slicing the red onion and bell pepper into thin strips and roughly chopping your iceberg lettuce (you can use whatever veg you like here)

2. Put your pan on medium high heat and press your ball of mince meat to make a smashed circle

3. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic granules, mixed herbs and smoked paprika

4. Fry for 2 mins and then flip over to the other side.

5. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and wait a minute before pressing the tortilla wrap on top and pushing down to stick
Step 6
6. Make the sauce by combining the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard
Step 7
7. Flip back over to the other side and then add your lettuce, red onion and pepper before spooning over the sauce and folding in half
Step 8
8. Remove the pan and serve, enjoy
