Step 1
start boiling water for pasta
Step 2
steam sausages in large pan until almost fully cooked
then slice them
Step 3
slice pepper and onion into thin pieces
Step 4
slice tomatoes in half
Cook

add pasta to boiling water. salt water!!

heat olive oil in large pan
Step 7
add peppers and onions
saute for a few minutes

add sliced sausage to pan
Step 9
saute the mixture until sausage is fully cooked and a little browned
Step 10
add seasonings and tomatoes to pan
Step 11
add splash of white wine and splash of pasta water to deglaze pan
Step 12
add butter and turn heat to simmer and cover
Step 13
when liquid thickens a little add cooked pasta and mix all together
