Step 1
Heat the oil in a large non stick Pan over medium-high heat. Add the onions cabbage and garlic and Stir fry for 5 minutes until soft. Add the mushrooms TVP thyme and cooked rice. Stir-fry for 5 minutes longer.
Step 2
In a small bowl blend together tomato paste, tamari, sugar, and vinegar and stir into skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook a few minutes longer into the vegetables are soft and the flavors are well blended
