Instructions
Step 1
Pan fry frozen Costco burgers over medium. Season with seasoning salt on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm. Caramelize sliced onions in beef grease. Season with seasoning salt. Assemble salad. Mix up guacamole and season to taste.
Step 2
Divide salad between 2 plates. Top with a burger, half the grilled onions and half the guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
