Ingredients

1 lbbacon
1 cupall purpose flour
1 lbpasta
4 cupschicken broth
2 cupsmilk
split, save one cup to add after pasta is cooked
3 tablespoonschicken bouillon
1 cupextra sharp white cheddar
1 cupshredded gruyere
1 cupsmoked gouda
shredded
3 cupschicken
pulled, rotisserie preferred
2chipotle peppers in adobo
plus 2 tablespoons of adobo sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Chop bacon into small pieces so when they're cooked they make bacon bits.
Step 2
Cook bacon in a large pot.
Step 3
Remove bacon bits from pan.
Step 4
Lower heat to medium.
Step 5
Add pasta and flour to bacon grease, and stir.
Step 6
Cook until the noodles start to become crispy.
Step 7
Add chicken broth, half of the milk, and chicken bouillon. Cook for approximately 12 minutes.
Step 8
Shredd three cheeses, prepare rotisserie chicken, and chop chipotle peppers.
Step 9
Once the pasta is finished cooking, and has a thick sauce in the pan, add chipotle peppers, plus adobe sauce to the pasta.
Step 10
Add the remaining milk to cool the pasta some.
Step 11
Then add all the cheese and stir.
Step 12
Add chicken.
Step 13
Add bacon bits.
Step 14
Stir in.
