Step 1
Cut the zucchini, mushrooms, and green onions into appropriate sizes.

Mince the garlic into three cloves.

Cut the squid into suitable sizes.

Soak the clams in salted water in advance to remove impurities.

In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, half a tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 sliced green onion, and 2 tablespoons of red pepper flakes. Stir-fry them over low heat without burning. Add 1 tablespoon of salted shrimp, 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, then continue stirring. Pour in 2 cups of water. Boil it over high heat.

After 3 minutes, when the broth starts to boil, add the sliced onions, zucchini, mushrooms, clams, shrimp, and squid. Cover with a lid and boil over high heat for 3 minutes.
Step 7
After 3 minutes, add the soft tofu. Crack an egg into the pot as well. If it's a bit bland, sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Step 8
It will be delicious when served with freshly cooked rice!
