Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
Step 2
Clean the potatoes and dice them.
Step 3
Clean the squid if you didn't buy them already cleaned. Make sure to wash them (in several waters if necessary) as there's often sand inside.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into half-moons and simply peel the garlic.
Step 5
Place all ingredients in a deep baking dish, sprinkle with spices, add olive oil, and mix well.
Step 6
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Step 7
After 35 minutes, remove the foil, stir, and bake for another 30 minutes uncovered.
Step 8
Let the baked squid with potatoes cool a bit before serving with your favorite salad. Enjoy your meal!
