Step 1
In a large bowl mix oats ( check the package to make sure it’s gluten free if you’re making this recipe gluten free ) pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds ground flaxseed chia seeds mixed nuts and salt . Stir thoroughly to combine
Step 2
In another bowl add the beans from the can with the liquid then add water and oil and use a stick blender to blend it . Now mix the wet and dry ingredients until a dough is formed .
Step 3
Get 3 x 500 g clean Weck or glass jars grease the inside then fill with the dough making sure to pack it in tight and push down so no air bubbles get trapped and later crack the bread . Take the middle
Tray out of the oven and place the jars on top then brush the top of the dough with oil and set the lids loosely on top let this sit 20 minutes and preheat the oven to 200 c / 400 c top and bottom oven
Step 4
Take the lids off the jars then Put the tray in the oven and bake for 70 minutes . Once baked remove carefully brush the top with oil then put the sterilized lids on and flip the jars over . This will release the bread . Once cool store in a cool dark place and if they have been sealed properly they should last up to a year . Enjoy
