Step 1
1. Dice the onion, green pepper, and tomato on non sticky pan for 4 minutes on a medium heat, then add one teaspoon of tomato paste with three teaspoon of water and quarter teaspoon of salt. (Other seasoning are optional).

2. Place the mixture from the first step on the toast, add one tablespoon of olives, then the mozzarella.
Step 3
3. Place the toast in the oven with upper heating, 180 degree for 3 minutes.
