Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 10 minutes and drain

Pre-heat oven to 450
Step 3
Cut broccoli into 1 inch florets
Step 4
Toss broccoli on a baking sheet with salt pepper and olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes.

Finely chop garlic and thinly slice sun dried tomatoes
Step 6
Season chicken with salt pepper and Italian seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes per side. Set aside on a cutting board.
Step 7
To the same skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter and the chopped garlic. Let the butter melt. Add the sun dried tomatoes and 1/4 cup of water
Step 8
Slice the chicken. Serve the pasta with the chicken and broccoli. Drizzle the sauce on top. Garnish with Parmesan
