Instructions
Step 1
Pour beans into colander and rinse with cool water; drain excess water
Step 2
Drain can of tuna and combine with beans in a medium bowl
Step 3
Thinly slice scallions (green onion) and dice red onion & add to bowl
Step 4
Add optional water chestnuts for a bit of crunch
Step 5
Combine well with olive oil, lemon juice, and light sprinkle of salt & pepper
Step 6
Taste mixture and add seasonings and lemon juice to your liking
Step 7
Serve as is, with crackers, or on a sandwich or wrap!
