Dry
¾ cupold fashioned oats
or kodiak protein oats
70gvanilla whey protein powder
4 Tbspcoconut flour
4 Tbspalmond flour
2 tspbaking powder
4 tspcinnamon
to taste
4 scoopscreamy vanilla
24, formula sport, optional for additional health benefits
Wet
¾ cupnonfat plain greek yogurt
8 ozlow fat cottage cheese
2eggs
¾ cupegg whites
1 tspvanilla extract
0.5unsweetened cashew milk
or almond, any milk will do, but these will be lower calorie
Toppings (Optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add all dry ingredients to a blender, and blend until oats have become powder

vanilla whey protein powder70g
creamy vanilla4 scoops
almond flour4 Tbsp
Step 2
Add wet ingredients and blend until fully mixed. You may have to use a spatula to scrape some of the sides/ corners once or twice to get everything mixed. Add more milk if too thick, but should be good

Heat waffle iron and coat with cooking spray
