Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into slices. Marinate the chicken in a bowl with soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Make the sauce: Put olive oil in a pan and grate the ginger and mince the garlic and green onion. Stir ginger, garlic, green onions, sesame oil salt and pepper in a small pan. Reduce over medium heat. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Cook the chicken. 15-20 Mins
Step 4
Plate by placing lettuce cups and fill with chicken. Pour sauce on top. Serve.
