Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients (except the cauliflower) well then add the wet ingredients
Step 2
Let the batter sit for at least 20 minutes
Step 3
Coat the cauliflower with the batter and deep fry them until the batter set well (it doesn't have to be golden brown now)
Step 4
Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer and continue cooking for 10 ~ 15 minutes at 200°C (depends on your fryer)
