Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°
Step 2
Wash veg and remove skin/seeds
Step 3
Put them in a tray, drizzle with olive oil and add all seasonings
Step 4
Roast for 40 mins at 160°
Step 5
Cook pasta
Step 6
Get veg out of oven and blend until smooth
Step 7
Pour veg sauce onto pasta with seasonings, chopped chives and cheese
