Besan anda cheela
Make a batter of besan, egg whites, and chopped veggies, and mix them well with salt ,masala as you like. Then, grease the pan on the stove with ghee or any oil you prefer, then cook it until it turns brown, then serve it with chutney , sauce, dahi, whatever you like 😋
