Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and cook in skillet or very large saucepan. Chop garlic. When onion is soft, add garlic, chili powder, paprika and cumin.
Step 2
Add mince and cook it.
Step 3
Meanwhile mix stock cube with water.
Step 4
When the mince is cooked, add the stock, chopped tomatoes, dried herbs and tomato puree. Simmer for 10 mins. Add beans. Add more cumin and paprika if desired.
