Base oat muffin recipe - substitutions can be made for main ingredients and add ins!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit
Step 2
Combine oats and milk to soak for 20 minutes
Step 3
Wisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl
Step 4
Mix together wet ingredients. (Let butter cool before this step).
Step 5
Combine wet into dry with folds. Don’t overmix. Add oats into folds and blueberries
Step 6
Bake for 5 minutes at 425. Without opening oven drop temp to 350 for 16-18 more minutes.
