Step 1
whisk eggs and broth in pan

whisk in seasoning till fully combined
Step 3
put pan on stove and stir till you see small curds forming at the bottom

cover and reduce heat so the eggs don't burn and cook for approximately 4 minutes
Step 5
cover and reduce heat so the eggs don't burn and cook for around 4 minutes

let sit off of heat for 2 minutes with the lid on to solidify
Step 7
let sit off of the heat for 2 minutes (with the lid on) to solidify and cool
Step 8
take lid off, and i recommend garnishing with a dash of sesame oil :P
