This is a huge portion and very filling breakfast! Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 1. First tear your bread slices into pieces. 2. Put bread into a mixing bowl 3. Add your egg makers (egg whites), milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, your liquid stevia, cinnamon, baking powder to the mixing bowl and combine ingredients 4. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 22-25 min 5. While that is baking you can make your topping. Combine Greek Yogurt, your confectioners sugar substitute and your maple syrup and mix well. 6. let cool a few min and dump out onto plate and pour over topping
