Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Add olive oil and mix to coat.





Step 2
In a blender, pour in evaporated milk, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth





Step 3
Add butter to a pan on medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes each side

Step 4
While the chicken is cooking, start cooking pasta.

Step 5
Once chicken is cooked, remove from heat and set aside. Add minced garlic and chicken stock to the pan. Pour in the blended sauce. Add light cream cheese and mix through on low heat. Add paprika and stock powder. Add cooked and drained pasta with approx half a cup of pasta water. Simmer on low heat for 5 mins, coating the pasta with sauce.
