Step 1
Brown stew meat and set aside. Bring pot of water with soup bone (or beef broth) to boil with bay leaf. Then simmer 1 hr.
Step 2
Add all veges, meat and spices and bring to boil. Simmer again for another hour. If soup bone used, remove meat from bone. Add salt & pepper to taste.
