3 ⅓ cupswhole grain spiral pasta
uncooked, or penne
4 cupschicken breast
cubed, cooked
1 x 29 ouncescan tomato sauce
1 x 14.5 ouncescan no-salt-added diced tomatoes
drained
1 x 10 ouncesfrozen chopped spinach
package, thawed and squeezed dry
2 x 2.25 ouncescans sliced ripe olives
drained
¼ cupred onion
thinly sliced
¼ cupgreen pepper
chopped
1 teaspoondried basil
1 teaspoondried oregano
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
½ cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomato sauce, tomatoes, spinach, olives, onion, green pepper, basil and oregano.
Step 2
Transfer to a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake, uncovered, until heated through and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. If desired, garnish with oregano or basil.
