Pizza Pasta Salad
Fun twist on pasta salad, I like it extra salty and let it marinade a bit to really soak up the flavours!
You can use parmesan if you have it and maybe increase it, I didn’t so I used nutritional yeast.

Step 1
Boil pasta in salted water until just Al dente, drain and allow to cool. Meanwhile chop all your veggies, cube the cheese small and slice the pepperoni. Mix oil, mayo, vinegar, honey, seasonings together. If using parmesan you could increase to 2tbsp, I would choose that first but 1 tbsp nutritional yeast works as a sub. Taste the dressing and adjust to your taste before mixing it everything together.
Ideally let it sit in the refrigerator a few hours to marinate the flavours together then mix again before serving.
