Step 1
In a large pan over medium high add olive oil ,chicken, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook through and remove from the pan. Cook pasta according to the package directions reserve 1 cup pasta water. In the same skillet you cooked the chicken melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese and whisk until cheese is fully melted. Whisk in pasta water Season with salt pepper and Italian seasoning. Whisk over medium heat until sauce has thickened then add broccoli to and cook until tender. Add chicken back to the sauce toss with pasta and enjoy!
