Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta following package instructions, and drain.
Step 2
In a pan over medium heat, combine oil and pine nuts. Cook for one minute until they turn slightly golden. 3. Stir in spinach, until melted. Drizzle a few extra drops of Yondu.
Step 3
Add pasta, Yondu, and mix.
Step 4
Turn of the heat, add ricotta, mix and serve sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper
