Instructions

Step 1
Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
Step 2
In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic and diced red onion in olive oil over medium heat until softened.

Add the diced turkey, diced tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
Step 4
Stir in the fresh spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
Step 5
Toss the cooked pasta with the turkey and spinach ragu.
Step 6
Serve the dish with grated Parmesan cheese for garnish if desired.
