Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta in a pot of generously salted water.
Step 2
Cook egg in boiling water for at least 4 minutes.
Step 3
Cook prawns on high heat until they are fully cooked.
Step 4
Remove from pan and sauté some minced garlic and chopped onions.
Step 5
Add cherry tomatoes and lightly squish them with your spatula.
Step 6
Add chicken broth and milk.
Step 7
Season with oregano.
Step 8
Add chopped spinach, shredded cheese and cooked pasta.
Step 9
Add red chilli pepper flakes and prawns and mix well.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
Step 11
Serve pasta and egg on a plate.
