Instructions

Step 1
Throw it all in a bowl and blend.

Keep 1 ttbsp of olive oil to keep the top from drying out.

Garnish with roasted nuts or just whole cooked chickpeas and some chopped cilantro.

This is the ideal plain version to add on what you like. If you want it more Indian then add a bit of cumin, or maybe some paprika or chilli powder.
