Ingredients

600gchicken thigh fillet
2 Tbspoil
30gspring onion
save some for serving
2dried chilies
optional
0.5brown onion
large
½ Tbsptoasted sesame oil
Marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the marinade well and then coat the chicken with it and leave in the fridge covered overnight or for at least 30 mins
Step 2
In a large pan, heat the oil and once hot fry off the spring onion for 1 minute and then the chillies for another minute if you are adding them
Step 3
Add the chicken removing the excess marinade and cook thoroughly for 15 minutes or however long is needed until it appears to thicken slightly
Step 4
Add the brown onion pieces and mix in for about a minute
Step 5
Transfer to serving plate and add remainder of the spring onion and serve with rice
