Put base in blender. Base if Kefir (or natural yogurt) and some coconut water

Add 1.5 prunes, 1.5 apricot and 1 date per person

Add a good spoon of chia seeds and a spoon of flaxseeds

Add fresh fruit and berries, whatever's seasonal and looks good. Normally blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, black current, pineapple, mango, oranges, Apple, melons, grapes etc. Frozen fruit/berries works great too
