Instructions
Step 1
Drain the chickpeas and wash 2-3 times.
Step 2
Add them to a pan and cover in water.
Step 3
Put onto a high heat and boil until cooked through.
Step 4
While cooking, chop the onion.
Step 5
Once the chickpeas are cooked, strain the water with a colander.
Step 6
Add the oil to a pan over a medium heat and add the mustard seeds.
Step 7
Once these are hot, add onion, crushed chilli and curry leaves.
Step 8
Sauté until golden.
Step 9
Now add the boiled chickpeas and mix well until all combined.
Step 10
